We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items marked as final sale, earrings, innerwear and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Kebaya sets and multi-piece sets must be returned complete.
How to return
- Email us at [email protected] (or use the Contact page) with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges & refunds
Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to stock. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
