About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website (“clothes”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
Products and prices
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do our best to show colours and prints accurately, but batik is hand-finished and every piece may vary slightly — this is part of its character, not a defect.
We may correct pricing or description errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation e-mail. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud; any payment received will be refunded in full.
Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout.
Shipping
We currently deliver within Malaysia. Delivery fees and estimated times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page and shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged or returned as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
